Print layout changes after reboot

Greetings, I posted this to the Reports & Printing group
but did not get a reply, hopefully someone here can help.
I really need help with this.

I have a report that prints by clicking a button on the
form. It's printing onto a pre-printed invoice on a dot
matrix printer. I am using a fixed width font and even one
that the printer has built into it. When I set the printer
and paper type to what I'm using it works fine, everything
prints where it's suppose to, however on ONE computer
after the computer is rebooted all of the print is shifted
down and it appears to be double spacing or even tripple
spacing each line and yet all of the page setup settings
have remained the same. Now, it works everytime on my
computer without fail, it seems to be something specific
to this other computer. Any suggestions as to what I might
try or look for? I'm using access 2003 on both of the
machines printing this report.

Hi Dustin,
you might like to update the print driver for this PC.

The print driver has been updated, I have even talked to
Epson about the printer, they had said something about a
graphical print engine vs a text print engine, but it
works great on one PC and not another. Any other
suggestions?
