Print issue with shared printer on windows 2000 server

Greetings All,
I have a Business Inkjet 3000 printer that is shared from a Windows 2000
Server to several XP pro machines. I looked in the Shared Printer
properties>Advanced Tab>printer defaults button>paper tab: it says Source is
"Auto Select", the Basics Tab says:2 copies
I checked the Configure Tab>optional paper sources:it says 700 Sheet paper
Tray.

The issue is that one of the domain user profiles will select Tray 2 to
print, yet it still comes from Tray 3, Also the if the user selects 1 copy
it will still print 2 copies. This issue appears to only originate from this
users profile.

Thank you for any help.
Joe

You need to change the Source on the Paper/Quality tab of Printing
Preferences.

HTH,
Cameron:)
