Print html mails through outlook ?

Hi friends,

i am developing a project in VB that prints HTML mails in MS outlook. we are
using the Microsoft Outlook 10.0 object library . but the issue is, there is
a default header in the printed mails, which shows the current date. I
cannot find a way to disable this footer. just read in a thread that for
HTML format messages, IE is responsible, and print settings for IE are to be
changed.

I tried a couple of things, including changes in registry, but its not
taking effect.
Can anyone show some light on the topic ? Any ideas ?

TIA.

Please do not multipost, pick one or two groups to post to.

Outlook's printing and customization of printouts is severely lacking. Most
of us use Word to do any sort of custom printing via automation.

Sorry for the cross posting.
But at his stage I can't switch my logic to word. Please let me know how to
do this in outlook html mails..

That element of the footer can't be disabled. Ken's suggestion is a good
one.
