Print Emails without To: line

I have a user that wants to print emails without the to: line printing due to
the fact that the email has multiple recipients that are taking up half of
the printed page. He does want to see the rest of the header information
(from, subject, date) just not the to: line. Is this possible? If so, how
can it be done? Thanks

I usually just hit forward, delete the to line and print, but this app might
