Print command on File Menu

Is there a way to disable only the "Print" command on the File Menu? When my
users open a form to enter or view a record they always seem to click File
and Print to print the form but not realizing that it prints every record in
that table. Training obviously doesn't work well with them. I just want to
remove just that command from the file menu. How would that be done?

You'd probably need to make your own menu with the "Print" item missing. You
could instead, put a large PRINT button on the form. If it was big enough,
the users may just use it.

That's what I'll do. I just wasn't sure if I could just disable that item
since most of the menu options they do use. I didn't want to create a whole
new menu but no big deal. I do also have a print button on the form and it's
big enough for them to notice but for some reason certain individuals still
click "File/Print".
