I want to print an outlook calendar that only shows private appointments and
no others.

Create a view that filters out all but private events and print it.

You don't state your Outlook version (something you should ALWAYS do when
posting), so these instructions are for Outlook 2003. If you have a different
version, you should be able to figure it out yourself.

While viewing the calendar, click View>Arrange By>Current View>Define Views.
Select "Day/Week/Month" and click Copy. Name the view ("Private Events", for
example) and click OK. Click Filter, selec tthe Advanced tab, click the Field
drop-down, hovering over "All Contact FIelds" and choosing Private (I know,
this is for the calendar, but the Calendar fields don't list "Private").
Change the "Value" drop-down to "Yes" and click Add to List. Click OK, then
OK, then Apply View. All the non-private events will be hidden. You can now
print the view.
