Preventing certain user accounts from appearing on login screen (FUS)

I have a few accounts setup for network access on an XP Pro machine (all my
PCs are XP Pro) however these accounts don't normally log into my PC.
Therefore, I don't want them to show up on the login screen. I see that
certain accounts like ASPNET, SQLDebugger, etc don't show up. What is
preventing them from showing up?
