Prevent User Logon if KaZaA is installed

Kazaa can be tricky since it will use multiple random
ports to communicate. The best way to mitigate traffic is
with a proxy server or firewall that allows you to set
ports (or protocols) by IP address (assuming they are
statically assigned on your LAN). Then, allow just basic
port access (25, 110, 80, etc.) for your Kazaa user. For a
good small enterprise software proxy, try WinProxy by
Ositis.

I have to disagree - Ositis does not appear to be maintaining its
software anymore. A bug in Winproxy's AV processing that keeps a
number of Web-sites from displaying has been acknowledged in March but
is still not fixed today. I wouldn't call that "a good proxy".
