Prevent Multiple Network Connections

I need to know how to Prevent Multiple Network Connections thru Group Policy.
Windows XP Sp2 Active Directory 2003 Server.

When a computer is connected to a wired or wireless connection i would like
to prevent them from connecting to another network until the network
connection is unplugged or disconnected.

We have a wireless Public internet and a wired internal Lan and do not want
the wired or wireless computers connected to both.

There is no built-in way to do this in Windows.
