preparing to install box keeps appearing, but all installed OK out

Installed office 2003 all OK but when in Outlook, preparing to install keeps
appearing. How do i get rid of the instalation files which I am assuming is
the problem?

Are u an administrator or a user, you might have to accept the license
agreement in an administrator mode, then logoff on logon your session.

I am both - it's a very small business - so shouldn't be a prob. I've
identified that this happens for every incoming item of e-mail.
