Prefil fields from one doc to another?

Hello,

Is it possible when creating a form to have information from one section in
prefil to another on a different page? In otherwords, I am creating a from
that is will be 4 pages. On page one in the first section, the information is
identical to the first section of page four. Is it possible that, when the
section in page one is filled in it will also fill in the same section in
page four? I am not an expert with word so if this can be done, please
simplify answer.
