Precision Pro Joystick

I have the precision pro joystick with usb. I am running
XP. When I connect the joystick to my usb it does
nothing. I tried to install the software but it wont
install. Ive looked for updates and cant find any. Is
this joystick no longer supported by microsoft? Its a
microsoft product and it doesn't work with XP? please
explain if you can.
 
After connecting the joystick, go to the Control Panel, click on Game
Controllers and use the AutoDetect feature. The drivers are built into XP.
