PRB: Easier way to Update

Does microsoft not have an easier way to perform OS updates? Everything I
see requires Target Designer and scripting to setup the updating system be
it SUS or Device. Is there not a site that I can go to, as with the
standard XP, click a button and have updates automatically intstalled?

The difficulty with that approach is the vast difference in component
choices for the various XPE images out there. Since MS can't necessarily
prove that a given update won't break any one of the multitude of possible
XPE image configurations, it puts the testing/verification burden on the
OEM. That being said, you can apply the patches as downloadable from MS,
but it needs to be done with the OEM in the loop to test/verify/post the
patches to be available for the XPE clients. Look up confersations about
"QFE Desktop Installer" for more info.
