PPT Presentaitons including the Color Theme

It seems like the color theme is saved in a XML file and is separate from the
PowerPoint document (or template).

The problem is that another person to whom I send my PPT presentation can
not see the same colors as I do if the person does not also have the color
theme.

To avoid sending two documents, is there a way for the presentation to
contain the color theme?

Thanks,

Which version of PowerPoint do you use? 2007 I assume? Do you save as PPT or
PPTX? The color scheme is included in the PPTX file. The file should be
displayed the same on any computer. But if the person wants to use the color
scheme for another file, he/she has to save it to the template folder. You
do not have to send the color scheme separately, it is inside the PPTX.

What Ute says.

I believe this is for one color scheme only, though. ISTR that if you want
to give users more than one color scheme with the theme, then you'd have to
also send those extra XML files.
