PPC installs ?

Can someone tell me please how PPC installs are handled now that activesync
is no longer supported in Vista? I mean, the programs that you get to run
on your ppc just in case there is some confusion.

Most work (using WMDC now, instead of ActiveSync), some do not. Depends how
the installer was configured and whether it allows WMDC to 'intercept' it,
or is hard coded to find/use ActiveSync only.
In any case, there are workarounds in most circumstances--like copy the .cab
file (or .exe for a simple program) to the PPC and run it from there.
