I have just downloaded MS powertoys for XP HTML slideshow editor from

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

I would now like to know where to find it and use it??

please reinstall it once agian, and this time notedown where you are
installing (i mean in which directory... )
