Powertoy - XP image resizer

I downloaded and installed the Powertoy image resizer. Reinstalled it
several times. rebooted. etc. It appears on mouse right click on an image
file *.jpg, I can get everything to work on its menu but on clicking OK it
does not affect / resize the target files(s). Per other postes: I have
tried:
START
RUN
type "regsvr32 shimgvw.dll" without the quotes
Hit Enter

But it has no affect. Running XP Professional with the latest patches.

Suggestions?

See if any other shell extension is interfering.

Ken,

I believe the problem occurs intermittently. If this occurs again in the
future, then you may need to use ShellExview to determine the culprit
extension.

Interesting, I downloaded and installed the ShellExview. I then checked to
see if the Resizer would work. It did just as advertised. I did not have
to disable any of the shell extensions. It did not work prior to the
installation. Problem solved, however??
