powerpoint viewer

Hi
I have a web page where I post the PowerPoints that I use in my math class
for students who are absent, on a trip, or just want to review the notes.
They can download the viewer if they do not have PowerPoint. One of my
students this year said that it will not work with WindowsXP. Does anyone
know a work-around so the newer computers can benefit from the lessons?
thanks

Dee,

The viewer should work on Windows XP. If you know the actual problem, we may
be able to find a solution. Also, there is a brand new viewer due out soon
that will, IMHO, revolutionise viewer PowerPoint for those without it. I
guess that when it is released, you will hear the cheering right here!

Some of the new features within Powerpoint XP (2002) do not work in the
viewer. Maybe your student meant that instead of Windows XP.
