PowerPoint VBA Syntax Library?

Recently, on the PowerPoint Heaven Discussion Board, a user
(Prince-of-PowerPoint) asked if there was a PowerPoint VBA Syntax Library
availible for public use (he makes it clear that he wants a list of commands,
not a tutorial or the such). I am asking for him here:
