hello,
I'm trying to export PPT slides & notes to Word. It gets to slide 4, then
generates an error with the above message (in Subject box..)
I am using PPT 2003 - does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

many thanks

That is weird. If the slide is not sensitive, I would like to have a look at it to see if I can figure out what is causing the problem. If you can send it, send it to me at:

Hi Michael,
Thankyou for offering, I'll have to check if that will be ok - I think the
slide is confidential. However I just thought to do a test & it seems to be
something to do with the accompanying Notes section, not the slides
themselves, as I was just able to export all the slides, if I chose slides
only as an option.
Any ideas what it could be?

many thanks for your help

The notes should go also, when you use the Send to Word option You might try what is here to see if it clears the problem. http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00667.htm
