PowerPoint No Longer Opens in Separate Window

For 5 years, Opening a second PowerPoint 2003 file has opened in a separate
window. Now it only opens in 1 window. As far as I know, I have changed
nothing. Can This be Reset to the way it was.

For me, PowerPoint has always opened with presentations in one window.
Windows > Arrange All will get you where you want but if there's a way to
set this as default I don't know it (yet)
