I've been trying to get a theme I've downloaded to show up in the custom
theme section of the theme drop down, however, I cannot see the section at
all. The only sections I see are: This Presentation and Built-In. How do I
make the new downloaded themes visible?

I am using Vista Ultimate and Office 2007

Thanks!

Make sure, that the Theme is saved in the right folder. The path to your
template folders can be set in Word options (for all Office programs, Word,
PowerPoint and Excel). This template folder should have a sub-folder called
Document Themes. This is where you store the THMX files.

Best regards,

Yes, that is where they are saved.

I am able to drop a copy of them into the location the built in themes are
located and they show up there, just not sure about the custom area though.

So you're saving them here (Vista):
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Document Themes

or here (WinXP):
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates\Document Themes

?

These are the default folders where Themes are saved so they show up in the
Custom area.
