In a nutshell...you can't...as far as removing your name from the comment
goes all you have to do is open your options dialog box. (If using office
97-2003) Choose tools to options and click the general tab. If you are using
office 07 select the office button in the upper left corner and choose
PowerPoint options.

Patricia's right about off-the-shelf PPT, but with an inexpensive add-in you
can create comments that allow you to edit out the user name and that can
appear in Slide Show view if you wish. They'll also be visible to people who
use PPT 2000 and previous, which PPT 2002/2003's comments are not.
It explains how you can use VBA to roll your own conversion from 2003 comments
to older 2000-style ones (which DO show in Slide Show view if Markup is set to
view).
