Powerpoint and Front Page

Hi All,
I got this wierd problem. I created some presentation in powerpoint and
saved them as htmls in a front page web. In the past, I could edit the
presentation with Frontpage and save them. However, all of a sudden the
pages won't open in Frontpage. If I go on the website, the pages open fine
but not with frontpage. It comes up blank in the normal view and in preview
mode it says the page cannot be displayed. What is going on?

Try Tools | Options and add .ppt with editor being Powerpoint...see if that
works.

that didn't correct it entirely but enough to make it work. Now if I open
it regularly it does the same but now I have the option when I click "open
with" to use powerpoint. I can open it that way and it works. So that you
for resolving it. I don't care if I have to do it that way. If you know
how to completely fix it, I will definetely listen , but I got working
and that is all that matters

Did you; create the ppts with Powerpoint to a folder outside of Frontpage, then Import those files into FP?

Trying to get a handle on the prob.

What version of FP are you using, btw?
