PowerPoint 2007 to Word 2007

Can anyone tell me why when I want to publish a PowerPoint presentation to
Word why a box pops up that states;

"PowerPoint couldn't write to Microsoft Office Word"

I was having the same problem. The clipboard utility I was using, ClipX, was
interfering.
