Power users on a DC ??

Hi

I would like to grant "power users right" to some users to all PC except DC
and TS and I don't want to give them the domain admins right but there are
not power users groups on a DC. so How I do ?

You would have to add their domain account, to the local power user group,
on the computers you want them to be power users on.

Yeah I know, but I need to go to all computer manually. How I set to add
them automatically to power user groups to all computers ?
