Are you missing buttons to choose dispositions after a scan?

If so, try this fix:

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware

Or, are you just asking for advice about this particular finding?
Conservative advice would be to choose quarantine, and see whether you find
that it impacts on your work in any way.
