I would like to save Power Point presentations in the show mode so when I
emailed the file to someone and they opened the file, Power Point
prestentation would go to full screen and start the presentation.

You can do that. Have you tried? Slide Show is in the File Types box in the
Save As dialog. Scroll down the box contents.

You can save as PowerPoint Show (or just rename your PPT file to give it a .PPS
extension instead of .PPT) and attach the file to your email.

Use Slide Show, Set Up Show ... to set the show to launch full screen before
saving.

As long as the recipient's email allows them to launch files and specifically
PPT/PPS files, you're good to go.

Note: it's unlikely that the presentation will start automatically when they
open your email. They'll probably have to do something to fire it off, so
you'll probably want to include some instructions in the body of your email.

Dear User,
You can go to... File > Save As.. > Powerpoint Show (.pps). Now email it and
you are done.
