Power Point Viewer shows first slide only HELP Please!!

I am using Power Point Viewer 2003

Most .pps files I get work fine but I have had a couple that only show
the first slide then exit.

Is there anything I can do to get to see the whole thing?

TIA

You might check and see (a.) if on the first slide there is not a setting
that has been set to end the slide show. (b.) check and see if all the
slides are not hidden. Of course if the only thing you have is the viewer,
you will not be able to do anything.

I only have the viewer and, as I should have said in first post, other
people can view the whole thing!

Thanks for getting back. The people who can view the whole presentation are
they able to view it in the slideshow mode (Full Screen) or just in the edit
mode? If they can see it full screen, then you should also be able to see it
with the viewer.
