powepoint->"No text converter is installed for this file"

The message says " Powerpoint cant read the outline from C:\Documents and
Settings.( location of file) . No text converter is installed for this file
type. PLEASE HELP ME. What do i do ? i cant open my presentation also im
using powerpoint 2007
