Pound key

When I try and press Shift + 3, for the pound symbol, this happens: £

Also, the " and @ are backwards (pressing shift + 2 gets me " not @)

Any suggestions?

You are using a US keyboard with UK settings.

To change it, go to Start | Settings | Control Panel | Regional and Language
Options. Change it on the Regional Options tab.
