In a dual monitor setup, where the task bar is on the
secondary monitor, or is on the primary monitor but is on
the side of the screen rather than the bottom, the "popup
notification window" will pop up, but continue to travel
passed the top of the screen.

Doesn't even have to be dual monitor, the 100 mph popup
flys off the top of the screen when the task bar is on
either the left or right!
