Possible Bug - Allowing a Script Doesn't Work

I use a batch file to update data on my desktop from the network. One on the
Antispyware agents rightfully blocks batch files from running. However, you
are provided the abbility to "Allow" it to run by pressing the "Allow" button
on the popup. The problem is that this function does not seem to work and
therefore I cannot add my batch file into the allowed list. The bottom line
is I must turn off Antispyware every time I want to update my desktop files.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Right click on the Microsoft AntiSpyware bulls eye in the notification area
and click Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware, then run the script.
