Hello,
an application of mine uses port 80 to connect the same applcation on
another PC.
In our corporate network we use ISA proxy to route Internet Explorer
traffic (The proxy settings for isa server is sent by group policy).
Is there a way to forward all outgoing port 80 requests to isa server,
so my application works.

You need to discuss this with the people how "manage" the ISA proxy.
This might not be possible as part of the company's corporate network
polices.
