port command 500 failure

trouble is it works fine in safe mode hence its my end

i turned off every start up program and it still wont work

praps theres a sirvice to be turned on

its 4 running a ftp program n basically opens the higher ports 4 a data tx
from my server on my servers request


any ideas appreciated

still no luck i guess im the only won in the world with this problem
how to scan the running processes to find witch ones doing the damage is
baffling me especially the microsoft ones
