popups

Is there anything I can do about popups? My entire screen
is constantly covered with popups. Any help is greatly
appreciated.

1) Search/find adware, malware, spyware removal tool.
2) Update virus protection
3) Install firewall
4) Stay away from garbage sites
5) Read EULA license befire downloading so-called 'Free"
programs'games and cutsie utsie cursors and such.
6) Remember nothing is free.
7) Pray they'll go away.

free programs:

1. The Google Toolbar, from http://toolbar.google.com

2. Pop-Up Stopper Free Edition, from
http://www.panicware.com/product_psfree.html

Hmm... think he means the grey box (looks like system notifications)
pop-ups.
