Popup if attachment is missing

Hey there,

I am new to the worlf of writing macros and would appreciate some help.

It is a common mistake to forget to attach a file when sending out an emial.
I would like to produce a popup that will remind the user to attach a file,
so.

IF the word "attached" is in the email and there is no attachment..

popup

"There is no file attached"

option

"Send emial anyway" or "Back to emial"

Please help!
