Populating MS Access Database From a Dataset

Has anybody any suggestions on how I should go about populating an Access
database from a Dataset. The Dataset has been populated from an XML document
using the XMLRead method.

Try loading two datasets. One from the Access database (1) and another from
the XML document (2). Merge (2) into (1) and then synchronise with the
Access database. (Sorry to be vague, I've never actually done this.)
