Pop Ups

I recently installed Service Pack 2. Now when I print a
document in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. I get a pop up
baloon that states "This document was sent to the printer"
along with the complete document file information. It'
simply annoying. How do I get rid of it?

Hi Chris

I'm assuming you're in a corporate environment, running on a network? If so,
I doubt that this has anything to do with Service Pack 2, and the message is
unlikely to be coming from Office. The likely source is your network print
server functionality. Contact your IT technical support people and ask them
if they would turn off this message. (I have worked in a place where the
reverse is true: a message telling me that a print job was completed. It's
just as annoying!)

Hope this helps.

I just installed Office XP Service Pack 3 and now I'm seeing the same
pop-up. None of our other p.c.'s are getting the message, so I don't
think it's suddenly coming from the server to just my machine.
