Pop ups when IE starts

Hi...
Whenever i want to start IE two or three pop ups appear and on of them is
from an adult site and i dont go to those sites but those pop ups just keep
coming and i cant get rid of them i already check if it was a virus but
nothing shows up on my virus scanner. what else could it be??

Hi,
The antivirus programs don't remove this type of malware (adware, spyware,
parasite) very well.

Download and run CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot (in that order.)

If unsuccessful with those programs, you may have to post a HijackThis log
to one of the forums listed below. You will receive good help at any of
these forums. You might look for a forum that doesn't have too many
unanswered posts. You should also look for a message along the lines of
"Important- Read This First."
