POP UP WINDOW

I have an excel worksheet that I will publish onto the internet that contains
various information relating to an individual. I want users to be able to
click on an individuals name in column A whereby it opens up a pop up window
that contains further information relating to that individual. .

Would be grateful if anybody can give me an insight into the VBA coding for
this please
