pop up window

I have a pop up window for my monitor adjustment that is so far up in the
upper left hand corner that I can't see the entire menu or grab the top of
the window to pull it down to the middle of the screen. How can I move it?

This monitor adjustment pop up is a unique feature of the monitor itself
and it has nothing to do with Windows XP.You have to contact the
monitor's dealer to get it corrected.

Press alt-spacebar, select "Move". Use the arrow cluster to move the window around.
