Pop Up Window not running

J

Justin Bolman

Hi there, I'm using IE6 on XP and am experiencing problems with pop-up
windows not running when requested to do so.

ie I'll go to my bank's main webpage to access my details which runs fine,
but when I click a button to enter my login details the pop-up box will
appear but nothing is read, it's just empty

Justin,
If you are running any pop-up blocking software, you may need to add these
sites to you "trusted" list.

For IE6 SP2, if you are using the pop-up blocker:

In IE> TOOLS> Internet Options> Privacy> Sites button> Add the site that you
wish not to be blocked.

If your are running a third party toolbar with this feature, such as Google
or the MSN toolbar. You will need to go into the program's
preference/settings interface to add this sites to its trusted list.

Hi.
I have the same problem as Justin. I do not have any pop-up blocker program
running. The Windows XP sp2 feature to stop the pop-ups is off in my system.
Also, I got the pop-up window but it shows nothing on it. It stays like
working but nothing happen. I can not use the reply option in this newsgroup
because of the same problem. I am using a different computer to do this.
Somebody help us, please.
