Pop up settiings...

I have a .pdf link on my web page and i have it set to open in a new window.
Now when i try to open it my internet security thing pops up at the top of my
browser letting me know that it just blocked some content. I than changed the
link so that a pop-up open letting them know to allow the blocked content, i
click ok but mut pop up blocker than blocks the page entirly. How can i make
it so that others with the internet security can bypass this so that wen they
click on the .pdf file it opens up in a diffrent browser w/o being blocked?

You can't! It all depends on the individual's settings, which you can not control these from a web
page.

If I recall correctly, the default settings under Windows XP SP2 allows a user to click on a link
that will open in a new browser windows without being blocked.
