pop-up message/FP behavior question

I've had limited success with FP2003 behaviors.

I run a web site for my college alumni association, and
would like a pop-up message to appear announcing a sale in
our online store. I'd like the message to appear only once,
when the home page loads into the alumni's browser.

Possible?

The behaviour in FP can do that. But be advised - any popups generated
automatically, those that open with "onLoad" rather than "onClick" will
(more likely than not) be blocked by user's firewall/security/browser
software.

Alternatively, www.websunlimited.com JBots have a wizard that will create a
pop up, or www.jimcosoftware.com - "Spawn"
addin.
