pop up blocker

I am trying to view some classes on a particular website. The classes will
not open. I called the tech support and they said that my windows xp service
pack 2 will not allow me to turn off pop up blocker so that I can view the
pop up window. Can someone help me with this?

Hi Teresa,

In IE, go to Tools - Internet Option - Privacy tab and uncheck 'Block
pop-ups' or click on Settings and add the site in question to the
Exceptions list.
