pop-up ad.trafficmp.com and bannerfarm

Recently when I open my IE 6.0 I start getting two
different pop-ups that have blank screens. The addresses
at the top of these screens
are:"http://ad.trafficmp.com/tmpad/banner/itrack.asp?
id=5398&nojs=1&rnd=[CACHEBUSTER]" and the other
is "http://bannerfarm.ace.advertising.com/bannerfarm/45283
/aven_USdisabledpopunder720300.html". I have scanned and
deleted all references to ad.trafficmp and bannarfarm on
my c: drive and in the Registery but they keep coming
back. Can anyone help as to how to get rid of this
