Pop account in Corporate Outlook 2000

Where can I set a default to send an email through a
specified pop account in Outlook 2000 that is in
Corporate/Workgroup mode?

You can't. In C/W mode, Exchange pretty much always hijacks the message and
sends it. Outlook 2002 and 2003 were redesigned to make a multiple-account
environment like this work better, and in them you can always specify the
account to be used to send.
