polsvrcl.dll?

For some reason, we have a couple of xp workstations keep losing the
local admin right to the workstations. I checked the event viewer and
noticed the event logged as follows:

Windows cannot load extension polsvrcl.dll. (The specificed module could
not be found). (event id 1036)

Because the workstation is unable to get the policy (about the
restricted local administrators), the users lost the right to his local
workstation. Sometimes, I just rebooted the machine and fixed the
problem and sometimes it did not. Does someone have any clue what cause
this issue? Any suggestion?

Any suggestion or response will be greatly appreciated!!!

polsvrcl.dll is not an XP file. polsvrcl.dll is from PolicyMaker™ Share
Manager.

DesktopStandard - PolicyMaker Share Manager
http://www.desktopstandard.com/PolicyMakerShareManager.aspx

Files Installed
The PolicyMaker Share Manager CSE is implemented in a single DLL which is
installed into the following location on each client computer:
%SystemRoot%\System32\polsvrcl.dll

Registration Performed
No COM objects are registered by the CSEs. The CSE installation performs
minimal registration in the following registry location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\
CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GPExtensions

Hope this helps. Let us know.
