I have a group of machines in a specific OU. When I add someone to the local
administrators group, the next morning, they are removed from the group. I
cant find this setting in my domain policy. Any suggestions on where to look?

Restricted Groups (in Windows Settings->Security)

BTW, it is designed to stop people from doing precisely what
you did <grin>.
